1. Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations)

As a UK consumer, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • Products that have been opened, consumed, or tampered with are not eligible for return for hygiene and safety reasons.

  • Perishable goods and promotional items (free gifts, bundled items) cannot be returned unless faulty.

If your item is damaged or incorrect:

  • Include clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging.

  • We may offer a replacement, refund, or exchange, depending on the issue.

4. How to Return Items

To initiate a return:

  • Wait for our confirmation and return address.

  • Package the items securely and include your order number and reason for return.

  • Ship to the address provided (you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty).

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will email you to confirm approval or rejection.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 working days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Opened bottles or packaging

  • Perishable items (e.g. ready-mixed cocktails)

  • Personalized or custom items

  • Gift cards or digital vouchers
